We are Step Change Outsourcing – a specialist outsource contact centre, based in Stevenage, Hertfordshire. With our team of 130 people, we have all the expertise of a big contact centre with the personal care of a small business.

Our business was founded in 2009, and since then we have established ourselves as experts in delivering sales, retention and customer experience campaigns on the phone and online.

Where We Are

We are based in Stevenage, Hertfordshire – we moved in to our current offices in 2021 and are proud to have a great office environment where our team has everything they need onsite for a comfortable and professional workspace.

Stevenage is ideally located to attract the best people to join our team, with easy access on public transport and onsite parking and catering facilities.

For our clients, our offices are a short drive from London – and for clients from further afield we are close to both Luton and Stansted airports.
