We are Step Change Outsourcing, a specialist outsource contact centre based in Stevenage, Hertfordshire. Established in 2009, we support organisations that need a trusted partner to manage high-volume, business-critical customer interactions.

Where We Are

We are based in Stevenage, Hertfordshire – we moved in to our current offices in 2021 and are proud to have a great office environment where our team has everything they need onsite for a comfortable and professional workspace.

Stevenage is ideally located to attract the best people to join our team, with easy access on public transport and onsite parking and catering facilities.

For our clients, our offices are a short drive from London – and for clients from further afield we are close to both Luton and Stansted airports.
