Employee recognition is more than just high fives and shout outs to the top performers – at SCO our recognition programme has multiple layers to it; We want everyone to be their best and help everyone around them to do the same.
Every morning, we take the time to recognise individual performances across the entire organisation – ensuring everyone understands the part they play in our success.
At our annual conference we celebrate success even further for those who go the extra mile; as well as individual successes celebrated at our CEO lunch – an initiative we launched earlier this year.
Last week, one of our clients hosted a roadshow – where local heroes were recognised in front of their teammates and the client. It was great to see so many people recognised for their outstanding contributions.
To take our recognition programme one step further, later this year we are launching SCO Employee Appreciation e-cards – where individuals can be recognised by their peers 24/7. An initiative designed to drive engagement further and support with fostering a positive work culture – even the smallest of appreciation can go a long way.
Our people are at the heart of our business; we work hard to ensure everyone who works with us is engaged, motivated and above all, valued. The culture within the business is rooted in winning and winning together; there’s a place at the table for everyone who wants to be part of that success.
