Our recruitment team is headed up by our Recruitment Manager with over 5 years’ experience, leading a team of part time recruiters whilst working alongside their sales role at SCO – another layer to showcase our dedication to career development, allowing them to strengthen their abilities and gain new experiences.
Our recruitment team foster a partnership with our new teammates – welcome drinks, regular check in’s, doughnut day and meals out are all part of our world class on-boarding process. On-boarding isn’t just the first few weeks of joining us here at SCO, we understand its far more than that – by fostering relationships with existing sales agents who are acting on behalf of recruitment, we can ensure that our people feel supported every step of the way. We take on the responsibility of finding the best fit – our average tenure is 2 years within our sales team – a leap above the industry average of just 15 months; demonstrating our method is a success.
