Last week we hosted our annual conference, reflecting on the success of 2024 and our ambitions for 2025.

The event was a great success, bringing together our entire organisation to share our success across 2024 and explore opportunities for growth in 2025. We revealed our continued growth plans, whilst we retain our boutique style.

We unveiled exciting new initiatives set to launch across the organisation this year, highlighting what they will mean for each and every one of our teammates.

The conference provided us with a great opportunity to share our latest eNPS score, and we’re proud to announce that we surpassed last year’s results across all categories, achieving a fantastic score of +75. We’re incredibly proud of this accomplishment.

Additionally, it was a moment to recognise and celebrate the exceptional contributions of our teammates who consistently go above and beyond in their roles.

The conference provided an excellent opportunity to reflect, collaborate, and look ahead to the future of SCO.
