Reward: Our teammates are rewarded with a share of our profits

We want everyone who works with us to share in our success – and it’s important that everyone is rewarded for individual and collective performance. We want everyone to be their best, and to help everyone around them to do the same, that’s why our reward structure is based on a combination of individual and collective success.

Our teams are rewarded on three elements – a competitive basic salary, increasing as they progress through the career ladder, achieving KPIs for their function or sales campaign and a share of our annual profit, through our profit share scheme.

Our Profit Share scheme has been in effect since the business first started nearly 15 years ago, where our teammates can earn a share of our annual profit as soon as they join us. Our teammates can earn dividends each month should they meet the qualifying criteria, with all earned dividends paid out at the end of each year.

Our employee intranet hosts a live daily feed identifying the total amount of profit share to date – keeping the buzz of our profit share scheme alive.
