We understand that being able to respond quickly to the needs of the clients we work with is critical and our recruitment engine is always running This proactive approach ensures a roster of ideal candidates is readily available to join us when we need to scale up.

When new people join our team, we start their training straight away, but there are the things that new recruits bring with them – their personality and attitude – and that’s what we’re looking for when we’re recruiting.

Training

We have a simple mantra here – if we show people how to do things the right way they’ll never do it any other way. Before anyone speaks to a single customer they undergo intensive training, designed specifically for the specific campaign they will be working on. 

Ongoing Coaching

When our new recruits graduate from their initial training, that’s just the beginning. Our team leaders are on hand to support them. Using data and information gathered by our Quality Assurance team’s call listening they provide ongoing coaching to support their team.
