First impressions count! Everyone who joins us for an interview receives a tour of our working environment – showing them firsthand what it is like at SCO. For our new recruits – fostering relationships with existing sales agents who are working as part of our inhouse recruitment team – ensures that our people feel supported every step of the way.
Once the agents join us, they undergo campaign specific induction training, building essential skills – allowing our team to seamlessly integrate and become ambassadors of our client’s brand before ever speaking to a single customer. Our induction programme allows our agents to expand their current skills and master their new role from the very beginning of their journey at SCO.
At SCO we have a tradition; new agents ring a celebratory bell upon making their first sale—it’s a moment of triumph that we believe deserves to be shared and applauded across the whole organisation. By celebrating these victories, we not only acknowledge individual accomplishments but also inspire others.
All calls are monitored by our Customer Experience team to ensure exceptional service is delivered in a compliant and personable manner. We work with clients to create customised scorecards and continuously seek improvements. With the help of our real-time reporting systems, the feedback from call monitoring allows Team Leaders provide daily coaching and enhance performance. Regular feedback allows us to continually support our team and help identify areas for additional training.
