IT Executive

Full time position (40 hours per week, office based) currently available
£30,000

We’re looking for a driven and ambitious IT Executive to join our growing technology team.

This isn’t a typical support role — you’ll be working in a fast-paced call centre environment supporting 300+ users, with exposure to infrastructure, networking, security, and projects.

What you’ll do

· Provide first-line IT support and resolve incidents

· Manage user access (starters, leavers, movers)

· Support network, server, and firewall environments

· Assist with patching, monitoring, and system improvements

· Contribute to ISO27001 / PCI DSS compliance

· Get involved in automation and technology improvements

Technical Environment (Desirable)

· Microsoft 365 and Active Directory

· Virtualisation platforms (e.g. Hyper-V)

· Network infrastructure (DNS, DHCP, switching, firewalls)

· Endpoint and patch management solutions

· Basic database environments (e.g. SQL)

What we’re looking for

· Strong IT support experience in a fast-paced environment

· Solid knowledge of Microsoft systems and networking basics

· Proactive mindset — not just fixing issues, but improving them

· Interest in developing into infrastructure/security/project work
