International Women’s Day is a big deal at SCO – it’s when we give a shoutout to the awesome women on our team and the diversity that keeps things buzzing.

We’re all about what every individual brings to our table, and this is our moment to say it loud. We’ve got a good balance going. The women here are a huge part of why our business runs so smoothly – great at handling calls, reading the room, and sorting stuff out fast. There’s even data that says teams like ours perform better; in fact McKinsey says that a diverse team like ours can be 21% more profitable.

Our team is a blend of different backgrounds, ages, and ways of seeing things. Someone might be dropping in to a call in another language, someone else is dropping wisdom from life experience. Customers feel it, and it’s a better place to work because of it.
