At SCO, we believe that a culture of continuous learning and growth empowers our team to achieve more. This week, we launched our very first Internal Careers Fair, an initiative designed to inform and inspire our teammates about potential career paths within our company.
Our opening theme focused on the world of Learning and Development, providing valuable insight into what it means to be a Trainer. Drawing on a collective 26 years of experience, our training team designed a series of interactive workshops that went beyond theory—immersing the participants in the real-life energy of the trainer’s role. Through engaging, collaborative, and hands-on activities, they showcased the creativity, adaptability, and impact that define the trainer experience, making learning both meaningful and fun.
Through this initiative, our agents will be invited to explore different departments within the business and discover where their skills and ambitions could take them.
