Employee Referral Scheme

Anyone working in a sales or a contact centre environment will tell you that one of the biggest challenges is attracting the right people – and it is critical to our whole operation.

When we are interviewing, we look for people with a good attitude, who are dependable, and who want to be part of something exciting. We know that if we can get people like this, we can provide the training, coaching and the right environment for them to thrive; and our, above average eNPS (extracted from our engagement survey), tells us that we are doing a good job of getting the right people who work well together.

At Step Change Outsourcing, we encourage our team to participate in the Employee Referral Scheme, helping us recruit likeminded individuals. Our Employee Referral scheme is more than just a recruitment tool; it’s a testament to our commitment to building a strong and passionate team. In the first half of 2024, 20% of our new recruits came from referrals. Participating in our Employee Referral Scheme not only allows our teammates to help shape the future of SCO by bringing in talented individuals, but also rewards them for their contribution to our growth and success.
