We are delighted to announce we have introduced a new e-learning platform at SCO, enabling us to create additional learning modules for our teammates – to support our team with continuous growth and development.

Our e-learning platform houses a library of bite-sized training content created in-house by our training team. Our L&D platform does not replace face to face, classroom-based training – it is additional training to support our people within their career at SCO, to re-skill and up-skill, designed to offer even more training and development opportunities for everyone.

The platform gives us the flexibility to build a tailored library of content that supports different learning styles whether that’s videos, quizzes, or interactive presentations. The goal is to make learning quicker, easier, and more engaging for everyone – so our team can develop new skills and knowledge in a way that really works for them.

By delivering short, focused content, we’re helping our team absorb information more effectively. These bite-sized modules make it easier to learn quickly and fit training into busy schedules – crucial in our dynamic work environment.
