In January we held our annual conference, where we brought the whole team together to celebrate the successes of 2023 and to share our ambitious plans for growth in the year ahead. The event was a huge success and the room was buzzing with energy, team spirit and a shared vision for the future.

Setting the stage for growth – the conference gave us the opportunity to share our ambitious plans for 2024, under the banner of Step Change for Growth 2024.

We revealed our plans to grow our business, leveraging our specialism and strengths and tapping into new untapped opportunities. We also shared our strategic focus on our operating model: people, process, performance and technology – which will allow us to grow while retaining our boutique style, delivering bespoke solutions for our clients.

But it wasn’t all strategy and business – the conference also gave us the opportunity to recognise and celebrate our outstanding team members and the awards we handed out honoured the superstars who consistently go above and beyond.
