We are pleased to announce we are running a company wide holiday incentive, for the fourth year running!

At SCO, ‘company culture’ isn’t just a buzz word – creating a working environment where everyone feels included, supported, respected, and heard is pivotal to our success. Our most recent eNPS score speaks volumes, with a score of +60! We feel really proud of the engagement we have with our people and really excited to be going abroad together on an all-inclusive holiday to Ibiza.

Over 40 of our teammates have signed up the incentive, where they can earn the trip for free!

Every detail of the trip has been pre-planned, with everyone in mind – giving our people options to which events they want to get involved in – making it inclusive to everyone here at SCO.

We’re proud to be supportive to everyone who works in our team, it doesn’t matter if you’re brand new to our business or you’ve been here for years, everyone gets the opportunity to join the trip. We understand everyone works hard – it’s a chance for everyone to celebrate success together and have fun.

The incentive has been organised based on feedback from our team, where earlier in the year at our Annual Conference we asked our team what incentive they wanted to see this year. We listened, we got organising and the flights are now booked!

We understand that a partnership is built on trust – we are transparent with our clients, entrusting that service expectations are still exceeded, alongside discussing the benefits to them, by inviting all our teammates to join the incentive.
