The Opportunity

SCO has been appointed Step Change Outsourcing as their trusted outsource partner to complement and support their in-house team. The campaign was designed to proactively engage TDS’s key customers – tenants and landlords—while reducing the volume of direct contacts to TDS’s Head Office.

We create a dedicated outbound team to engage tenants and landlords across the private rented sector. Acting on behalf of the client, the team delivers targeted telephony campaigns designed to support informed engagement and strengthen these relationships.

These communications are intended to support clearer understanding of tenant and landlord rights and responsibilities within the private rented sector, where lack of awareness is widely recognised as a factor in poor standards and disputes, closely aligning with national policy priorities and the client’s social value objectives.

Working in partnership, bespoke training and carefully developed messaging was put in place to ensure consistency, relevance and appropriate tone across every interaction. The campaigns are underpinned by a robust data strategy, enabling targeted dialling and clearly defined call objectives, supporting high quality conversations and measurable social impact.
