I am very pleased to announce that Sanj Shah will be joining Step Change Outsourcing as our new Chief Financial Officer on a fractional basis. Sanj will join our management board on 25th August 2025 as we continue to accelerate the growth of our business.

Drawing on senior commercial roles at BT, Vodafone, and EE, as well as valuable experience as an SCO client at DAZN, Sanj brings deep expertise to our leadership team. He will continue to support his existing clients through his consultancy, 3SM, while helping accelerate SCO’s growth and innovation.

I remain committed to investing in their growth to navigate the challenges and opportunities ahead.
