Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) in the Workplace.

We are proud of our organisations commitments to promote equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI) in our workplace. We believe everyone should feel included, respected, and heard, regardless of their gender, sexual orientation, ethnicity, or origin.

Celebrating Pride Month is an integral part of how we show support in June and beyond. ‘Pride Month’ is a month-long celebration of the LGBTQ+ community – the month of June is set as a reminder of the events and people who pioneered progressive changes and, supported the need to achieve justice and equal opportunity for the LGBTQ+ community. We are committed to ensure everyone in our organisation can participate, contribute, and benefit from our activities.

We’re proud to be supportive to everyone who works in our team and we’re proud to stand with our LGBTQ+ colleagues and allies.  Inclusion isn’t just a buzzword for us —it’s our DNA.  In the words of our CEO ‘We believe everyone deserves a seat at our table, and we’re proud of the diversity in our team’.

We understand that an inclusive and supportive environment can help unlock a person’s full potential.
