SCO Conference 2026: Celebrating Success

At our SCO Conference 2026, we took the time to reflect on the achievements of the past year while looking ahead to the opportunities to come. It was a chance to share our successes as a business and reinforce the direction we’re heading in.

The event was held off-site at a cinema venue in Stevenage, giving us a great space where all our employees could come together in one setting.

We looked back on a strong 2025, reflecting on key milestones and successes while reconnecting with our core values and mission, ensuring they remain at the very centre of everything we do. We also shared our plans for the year ahead, including upcoming initiatives and our growth strategy for 2026, and took a moment to recognise those who go above and beyond in supporting our continued success.

Reflecting this culture of collaboration and commitment, we announced an eNPS score of +69 at our conference — significantly higher than the contact centre industry average of around +15 and a clear indicator of the positive environment our people create. eNPS (Employee Net Promoter Score) measures how likely our people are to recommend our organisation as a place to work, giving us a clear view of employee satisfaction, engagement and advocacy.

In our survey, we considered factors such as overall experience, leadership, culture and development opportunities, and we are particularly proud of this result, as scores above +50 are widely recognised as ‘excellent’.

As we move into 2026, we remain focused on building on this momentum, continuing to invest in our people and delivering excellence for our clients.
