Job Title: Business Administrator

Reporting to: Planning, Governance and Communications Director

Salary: £27,000

Bonus: £300 per quarter. This is dependent on performance of your quarterly objectives which will be set by your Line Manager.

Job Description

As a Business Administrator, you will play a combined role in supporting effective business governance and ensuring documentation is accurate, up to date, and managed in line with agreed processes. You will gain valuable exposure to business change initiatives and project planning. This role requires excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You will handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism. Working across all areas of the organisation, you will develop a broad understanding of the business.

This role is also key to ensuring the smooth running of the office and providing efficient administrative support to the CEO, helping them function effectively.

Key Responsibilities

· Schedule meetings, manage calendar invites, and circulate agendas to relevant attendees

· Support the consolidation and management of presentations

· Take accurate minutes and track actions from planning, governance, and change meetings

· Assist with governance documentation and compliance related administrative tasks

· Support the management and tracking of project plans and associated deliverables

· Manage the business change request portfolio

· Oversee general company inboxes, including Information and Facilities

· Place orders for office supplies, stationery and furniture as required

· Maintain accurate logs and an organised digital filing structure

· Support behind the scenes finance processes and administration

· Act as a professional and welcoming point of contact for clients and partners, coordinating visits and meetings

· Support the CEO with day to day administrative requirements

· Provide wider administrative support to free up executive time for high-priority work

This role will be a full time on-site position in our Stevenage office. Your working hours will be 08:15am-17:30 Mon-Thurs, 08:15am-15:00 Friday
