Team Leader 

To lead a team in the delivery of the sales campaigns for our clients. As a Team Leader you will have a designated team with responsibilities of meeting campaign targets.

• You will be managing and leading a high performing telesales team, working alongside other Team Leaders to manage the performance of a particular sales campaign. You will be responsible for your team and their performance

• You will be accountable for the delivery of monthly KPI’s set by our clients to ensure we deliver the best possible sales performance and service

• You will be leading a team by engaging and motivating them, regularly coaching and supplying feedback, as well as supporting HR admin directly for your team

• You will work closely with the Operations Director to support the overall operational management particularly within your sales campaign and help achieve overall business objectives

• You will work closely with all stakeholders of the business to support with achieving all KPI’s and metrics set

• You will be expected to deliver and lead by example as a manager within our business, implementing SCO policies and procedures and being a pioneer for change

Skills and Experience:

• Previous managerial/supervising experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Computer literate
• Be confident, enthusiastic and resilient
• Be able to show reliability and leadership skills

This role is a full time position, 40 hours per week.
Mon-Thurs 08:45-18:15, Fri 08:45-15:45.
This role is office based.
